Bio-Sketch

Haifeng Zhang is an associate professor at Institute of of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CASIA). His research areas include reinforcement learning, game AI, game theory and computational advertising. Before joining in CASIA, he was a visiting scientist working with Prof. Xiaotie Deng at Center on Frontiers of Computing Studies (CFCS), Peking University. Earlier, he was a research fellow at University College London working with Prof. Jun Wang. He received his PhD from Peking University in 2018, supervised by Prof. Wenxin Li, and his bachelor’s degrees in computer science and economics from Peking University in 2012.
