Dr. Tianren Liu joined Peking University in February 2022 and is currently an assistant professor at Center on Frontiers of Computing Studies, PKU. Previously he was a postdoc at Allen Center for Computer Science & Engineering, University of Washington. He received his Ph.D. and master degrees from the Electrical Engineering & Computer Science Department at MIT in 2019 and 2016. He received his bachelor degree from Tsinghua University in 2014. He is interested in cryptography and theoretical computer science in general.
