On August 5^th, Dr. Fisher Yu from UC Berkley visited the Center on Frontiers of Computing Studies (CFCS). Professor Baoquan Chen, Executive Director of CFCS, hosted the symposium. Dr. Fisher Yu shared a lot of valuable experience in building a large-scale calibration data set, which is one of the key issues in the field of computer vision. Dr. Fisher Yu's dilated convolution and its follow-up work in recent years have effectively improved the performance of deep learning networks in solving problems of computer vision and have received extensive attention.
