Biography

Dr. Ping Tan, Vice President of 360 Artificial inteligence Research Institute, Associate Professor of Simon Fraser University. Prior to that, Dr. Ping Tan was the Associate Professor of  University of Singapore.  He received doctorate from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2007, In Shanghai Jiaotong University, he received his master's degree in 2003 and bachlor's degree in 2000.  Dr. Ping Tan's research focuses are mainly on 3D computer vision and graphics, incluing Structure-from-Motion、SLAM、Image-based-Modeling.
